Bernards Appraisal Associates provides comprehensive, substantiated, USPAP certified documents conforming to the requirements set by the Appraisal Foundation. In fact, BAA is strictly an appraisal company that is not associated with auctioneers, dealers, or brokers.
With over thirty-five years of experience, and as a Senior Accredited Appraiser, Martine White, ASA, AAA, and her staff have demonstrated comprehensive expertise in appraising a wide variety of personal property. Our staff has extensive experience and specialty designations from the American Society of Appraisers, Appraisers Association of America, and the Appraisal Foundation. BAA specializes in appraising fine art, paintings, sculpture, antique and modern furniture, Oriental rugs, silver, decorative art and jewelry. Martine White also has extensive experience in damage/loss claim services, including: expert witness testimony, claim settlements and arbitration.
Having an office in the Somerset Hills of New Jersey and New Hampshire, BAA conducts onsite inspections in New Jersey, New York City, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
